We do not charge a call-out fee if you accept our quotation

If you, however, only want a quotation for insurance purposes or to compare the cost of repairs with that of a new appliance, we will give you a quotation but in such instances a call-out fee will be charged.  In this case, we will inform you what the cost of the call-out will be before coming to your premises.

We repair your appliance at your home or shop and do not remove it to our workshops for repair.  By doing so we eliminate the risk of your property being damaged during transportation.  No-one wants to have an appliance returned with a scratch or dent.  By not transporting your appliance back and forth, a lot of time is saved and mostly you will be able to use the repaired appliance the same day you contacted us.
